Music sensation Tyla seems to be rising as every day goes by. Fresh from scoring a Grammy nomination with her hit single Water, the Johannesburg born star shared a video of herself dancing with Unites States rapper Travis Scott with a caption, ‘Water remix feat. @travisscott OUT NOW!’
The duo are seen dancing to Travis’ verse with Tyla wearing a skimpy dress.
The remix has been received with mixed opinions, with many South African artist such as Uncle Vinny, Focalistic and Young Stunna hyping her up on the post. Amapiano star Lady Du sprung into Tyla’s defense as it appeared some followers were bashing the young singer for not choosing local or African artists for the remix.
“All the people here commenting negatively are sitting at home bashing a young girl who is chasing her dreams, she’s out here working. Stop with the b**t and let her be,” Lady Du commented.
